AUGUST 27th 1999 --- Pagecast 1.1.1 released

This is a maintenance release, probably the last before a major
rewrite of many features for a 2.0 release.

Bugs fixed in 1.1.1:

 - Some versions of Python have problems with underscores in config
file variable names -- all underscores removed from Pagecast.

New features in 1.1.1:
 - 3 new search engines
 - New documentation on how to add a search engine
 - debugging command line option  (-d prints verbose status info)

Bugs fixed in 1.1.0:

 - Not counting some error conditions in the final results tally. 
 - Various efficiency and maintainability improvements
 - eliminated a thread and consequent overhead
 - AltaVista & Google definitions tweaked

New features in 1.1.0:

 - Pagecast can fix ugly URLs before submitting
 - more configuration options
 - More documentation, and a FAQ addressing common problems
 - CC/BCC'ing replies
 - some functions moved out of the main code and streamlined for use
in other projects
 - A very simple, completely optional GTK+ interface.  Requires PyGTK.
